When theatre stops being a stage and becomes inner territory.
My workshops are spaces where body, voice and imagination become tools for reconnecting with yourself and with others.
These are moments of exploration, listening and presence — not about learning something to do "right", but about discovering what emerges when you allow yourself to truly be here.
I have seen friendships born in an evening and lasting for years. I have seen people who thought they had nothing to say find their voice. I have seen rigid bodies soften and eyes that avoided each other finally meet.
You can choose a themed session as a first taste, or let me know you're interested in the full programme.
Themed sessions
90 minutes — themed session
The body is always speaking. The problem is we rarely listen.
We use simple theatre-inspired exercises to reconnect with the body — how it moves, what it feels, how it relates to others in space. This is not fitness. This is not therapy. It is an hour and a half to slow down and discover that the body knows things the mind has forgotten.
The difference from other body practices: we don't explore the body alone. We explore what happens when that body meets another — through gaze, movement and play.
What happens Through movement, shifts in rhythm and partner exercises, you will discover how the body speaks emotions without words — and how the presence of another person can become genuine listening.
What you take away The concrete sensation of having returned to your body. A different quality of attention — towards yourself and towards others.

The voice is not just sound. It is the body expressing itself.
We explore the voice as a natural extension of the breath — where it comes from, where it resonates, what it reveals about us when we let it be free. No singing, no acting. Just exploration.
Many of us have learned to control our voice — to make it safer, more acceptable. Here we do the opposite: we remove the layers to find the sound that was already there.
What happens Through breath, shared sounds and partner exercises, you will discover how the voice shifts with the body, with weight, with the presence of another. And that truly listening — without responding, without judging — is already a form of care
What you take away A freer voice — more yours. And a different way of listening, towards yourself and towards others.

Inside us there is always someone waiting to be heard.
We use guided imagination and writing to meet a character — not a role to perform, but a presence carrying emotions and parts of yourself that in daily life remain silent.
No need to write well. No need to be creative. Only the willingness to let something emerge.
What happens Through a guided visualisation, you will allow a character to arise from your imagination. Then you will give it shape through free writing — not to build a story, but to listen to what it has to tell you.
What you take away An unexpected encounter with a part of yourself that rarely has space. And something written that is entirely yours.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a notebook and a pen.
Full programme
4 sessions of 2 hours each
Four sessions to move through a space where nothing is performed, only explored. Where body, voice and imagination become tools for rediscovering parts of yourself that daily life keeps hidden.
First session — The Character
A character is born from your imagination. Not a role, but a presence carrying emotions and vulnerabilities you recognise as your own. Through guided visualisations, movement and writing, we bring it out of silence. It will become your companion — a doorway to what you don't always find words for.
Second session — Voice and Word
Your character finds its voice. We explore together how breath becomes sound, and sound becomes word — and you discover that voice is not just sound, but emotion taking form.
Third session — Relationship and Listening
Your character meets others. We experience what happens when you move through relational space without defences, when you allow yourself to be seen. The characters recognise each other, avoid each other, seek each other — and you discover how you move in relationships.
Fourth session — Form and Freedom
No performance. We give visible shape to what has emerged — and then we let it go. A moment of freedom, play and mutual recognition.
What you take away Concrete tools — breath, movement, voice, writing — that will continue to live with you after the last session. The capacity to listen to yourself with greater depth. The experience of authentic connection.
Who this is for For anyone who feels the need to slow down and find a space of authenticity. No theatre experience required — only curiosity and openness.
4 sessions of 2 hours — €200. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a notebook and a pen. I am planning this workshop in different locations. If this journey might interest you, write to me for more information.
Where and when
Individual sessions
Time dedicated entirely to you — to listen to what moves within, calmly and without expectations.
In individual work there is no group, no comparison. I use the same tools as the group programmes — body, voice, imagination, writing — adapted to your sensitivity and your pace.
Sometimes we start from a sensation. Sometimes from an image. Sometimes from something that has been with you for days. There is no need to arrive with the right theme: the work always begins from what is present.
Who this is for For those who feel the need to stop and listen to themselves. For those moving through a moment of transition. For those who prefer an intimate context over a group. No defined problem is necessary — only the desire to explore gently what is happening within.
Online sessions — 60 minutes — in Italian and English. Frequency agreed together. The first meeting is free — 30 minutes to sense whether this work resonates with you. Send me an email to book an appointment.
